1. Return Eligibility & Window
  • 30-Day Limit: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Pre-Approval Required: You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will be rejected.
  • Condition: Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and keys.
2. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom Orders: Any items featuring custom configurations, custom dimensions, or built-to-order features cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts.
  • Used Items: Any item that has been put into use or removed from its original protective wrapping is final sale due to safety and hygiene standards.
3. Fees & Shipping Costs
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover inspection and handling.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping and freight costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Damage
  • Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your delivery immediately. You must note any physical damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • 3-Day Reporting: Report any shipping damage or defects to us within 3 business days at [Your Support Email] to receive a free replacement or full refund.
5. How to Start a Return
  1. Email with your order number.
  2. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back with tracking. Once inspected, your refund (minus fees) will process within 10 business days.
